While we're appropriately bummed that our buddies BAD DREAM had to cancel tonight's gig, you can't stop this train in motion! OLDE GROWTH are a two-piece from boston who could be simply described as stoner doom, but that really wouldn't do them justice. Their new eponymous LP was years in the making, and the attention shows. Comparisons to Electric Wizard abound, but I hear as much Melvins in there as EW and Goatsnake. Besides, any band who has a 3-part LOTR opus on their album is really better than ok by me.
